Payment via Paypal is preferred for your convenience, speed and security.
We can accept cheques, though there will be a delay to allow for clearance. Please contact us for details. 

When purchasing items from the Shop the 'Add to Cart' button will direct you to Paypal. 
If you wish to pay for items in the Shop via cheque, please contact us for details.

Use the Custom Order Form to make your selections, specifiying cut out shape, occasion etc. 
By using the Custom Order Form you will be charged the 'Custom Made' rate stated on our Prices page.
On receipt of your completed form we'll send you an email confirming the details of your order, including your payment method.
You will then receive a Paypal invoice or details for cheque payments. 
Cleared payment is required before any work starts on all our Custom Orders.

We will accept returns on ready made items. 
The full item price will be refunded on return of the item to us in the same condition as sent.
However we cannot offer refunds on Personalised items unless damaged or faulty.
